In impoverished Mongolia, there are many children who urgently need help.
The Steppekinderen Foundation provides them with assistance in housing, subsistence, healthcare, and education.
The foundation supports institutions and projects in Mongolia that aim to improve the lives of children in need.
A second family also becomes homeless due to the same devastating storm. Ms. Monkhbayar, a single mother with three sons, also receives a new dwelling tent from Stichting Steppekinderen.
Since 2006, the foundation tries to improve the situation of the children in Mongolia each year. Thanks to donations and collection campaigns, we have built 26 gers (living shelters).
Even a relatively small amount of money can do a lot, because in Mongolia, where many herders earn barely twenty euros a month, your money is worth more than five times that!
