Help for single mother with two children

Ms. Altantuya Tumursukh, an abandoned mother living in a suburb of Ulaanbaatar with her two-year-old son and barely four-month-old daughter, has been evicted by the owner of the ger she lived in, because she was too poor to be able to pay the rent even longer. When our employee first met her, she did not have enough money to support her family and it turned out that her baby was in mortal danger due to malnutrition.
At the expense of the Steppekinderen Foundation, he was able to arrange shelter for her elsewhere in the area and also bought a large stock of baby supplies and food for her. We will investigate whether we can continue to help this vulnerable family in a responsible manner.
Help underprivileged children in Mongolia
Since 2006, the foundation tries to improve the situation of the children in Mongolia each year. Thanks to donations and collection campaigns, we have built 26 gers (living shelters).
Even a relatively small amount of money can do a lot, because in Mongolia, where many herders earn barely twenty euros a month, your money is worth more than five times that!
Thank you to all who support our small but important work!
